At Community First National Bank, he doubled the commercial loan portfolio in five years, ranked #2 in SBA lending company-wide, reduced delinquency by 50%, and introduced indirect consumer lending programs. He became President of State Bank (2003–2006), overseeing lending, compliance, operations, asset growth (50%), profit doubling, a new Rock Springs branch, and modernization of credit and tech processes. Afterward, he held senior lending positions at Rocky Mountain Bank and First Bank of Wyoming. In 2021, he returned to State Bank as Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer. He now delivers high-quality loan and deposit growth, develops policies, and ensures strong regulatory compliance.
