Jon Dolezal is a seasoned banking executive with 20+ years of experience in financial services across Southwest Wyoming. Born in Mountain View, WY, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming before beginning his career as a credit analyst at First National Bank of Wyoming in Laramie. In 2004, he became a loan officer at First National Bank-West in Evanston, where he organically grew his loan portfolio to $65MM. Following a merger with Glacier Bancorp, he served as Chief Credit Officer, overseeing loan compliance, executive loan committees, and diligence on bank acquisitions. In 2008, he joined Uinta Bank as Chief Credit Officer. Under his leadership, the bank expanded assets from $25MM to over $250MM, opened two new branches, grew the loan portfolio from $3.5MM to $85MM, and dramatically improved regulatory quality. Dolezal is deeply involved in community service, volunteering with nonprofits and serving on the Evanston Youth Athletic Board. His civic involvement earned him appointment as Vice Chairman of the Wyoming Transportation Commission by the Governor. As President of State Bank, Dolezal brings conservative underwriting, disciplined growth strategies, strong leadership, and a community-first approach.
